No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the cases outlined below.
Size or Fit Incorrect?
If the size or fit isn't right, we’d be happy to print you a brand-new shirt in the correct size for a 40% discount. You can keep the original shirt and gift it to a friend or family member!
Exceptions: Damaged or Incorrect Items
We will accept returns and provide refunds or exchanges only if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- You receive an incorrect item (wrong size, color, or product)
How to Report an Issue
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at charlie@norainydaysco.com. Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
Resolution Process
Once we verify your claim, we will:
- Provide a full refund to your original payment method, or
- Send a replacement item at no additional cost
Important Notes
- Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify
- We are not responsible for items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
